how to give animation for a person in process flow ?

A brief of my process flow: A person will be created at a point with a bag and moves to another position and drops the bag there and he walks to the sink.

Here I need to give an animation for the person that, while the person is walking, the bag holding hand shouldn't move as in the animation file attached (the animation .fbx file was attached) and after dropping off the bag the animation should stop and he need to walk normally to the sink. Thanks in advance.

@Matthew Gillespie

, I've gone through the link but I found that the animation was done on an operator but I need multiple animation for people in people process flow. (i.e., people are generating from a schedule source)

I don't understand what your concern is. You should be able to do the same thing for your model.

@Matthew Gillespie

Sir, I've attached a model to make my problem clear. In attached model I want person to move from waitingline1 to waitingline2 with push animation and from waitingline2 to waitingline3 person should walk normally. (please find the attachment) flexsim-question.fsm
