why is this file so large

why is this simple model 18Mb? I am also testing the ability to post which I had trouble doing last week.

I exported the media embedded in this model and it exported a 22 MB .skp file:

Speed_hump_assembly.skp

My question is not a this issue. But I want to know how to export the media embedded in the model. Where can I find the menu of it?

It's a button on the Model Settings window (Edit > Model Settings) that was added in 19.2.
