AGV could not find a valid path during simulation

I set up an AGV and run a simulation.but at 4000 sec, an error occurs. The error is shown below:.
I don't know where was wrong. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Any assistance would be appreciated. The corresponding documents are attached.

@Mingzhi C If I open your model in 19.2.4 it runs fine, no errors. I ran it till 400000 seconds. So maybe update your FlexSim to 19.2.4

Thank you ! Seem 19.1 ~19.2.0 still have the problem, but 19.2.3 is fine.
