Task Logic Tools Tutorial errors

Currently I am building the models as shown in the Task Logic Tools Tutorial 1.2 and 1.3. Unfortunately, I found some potential errors and inconsistencies in the tutorial. In the sense that I tried to build the model 3 times exactly as described, but it is not working. More precise, the queue is filled, but none of the operators are starting the process of bringing the boxes to the processors.

One example of an inconsistency in the tutorial (text versus screenshot):

Is there someone who build the model out of this tutorial and who was able to get it working?

I will take a look at these. Are you using the version with the latest bug patch?

I am using version 20.0 and Tutorial v20.0 in English. I did not download separate bug patches. Where can I find these?

My model for Task Logic Tools Tutorial 1.3 until Step 4 is attached to thistask-logic-tools-tutorial-13.fsm message.

Sam has made the update to the Tutorial and it will be made available in the next Bug Patch.

When you open a new FlexSim model, in the top right side of the screen you might see a yellow exclamation mark which you can click on and make download the bug patches that currently available.

Regarding the bug patch installation: I found the right button, but when I click on the 'Upgrade now' button nothing happens... The pop-up as shown stays and so far I can see nothing happens on the background. Is this a common issue?

It might be a bug and I will check with the Dev team.

You should be able to also download the latest version by going to our website and clicking on the download button.
