2020 Installation error

Hi,

When I install FlexSim 2020.0, the error happened.

My softtware is 64 bit, and my system is 64 bit.

Here is the error popup and my computer configuration.

Please help me find the reason,thank you very much.

Hi @Shiny Xu,

You may want to restart Windows, run Windows update, and try other suggestions as found in our article about installation and startup issues.

Hi Ben,

Thanks for your help, I download the VC and .net installation package and install them. Then I restar the computer and install the 2020.0. Finally, it works.
