Is design origin of the cad model taken into account upon importing to FlexSim?

Hello,

I'm trying to import 2 cad part model (STL) to FlexSim to create animation.

I have designed the two part (as in Pic1 and Pic2) based on same design origin so that when imported, it should look like assembled in correct position (Pic3).

However, when imported, the design origin seem to be ignored. (Pic4)

Is this correct behavior? Or is there a way to maintain the design origin upon import.

You build a model in your cad system, that embodies the directions. Then you export it and import the exported model into FlexSim. Then you know how you must append a coordinate system to you cad system.
