Staff are working during Off Shift and scheduled down

I'm new to using staff and i cant seem to figure out the time tables. I have done a bunch of reading on the forum but it still seems like my staff is working during a scheduled down. ive adjusted the tables a lot and nothing seems to change. Attached is my model. Right now i am only focused on time tables "Day Shift" "Swing Shift" and "Night Shift". Thanks

In order for Staff Members to go down correctly, you need to set their Down Behavior in the Time Tables. Only by using Down Behaviors will Staff members really be unavailable during their down times. You can find the Down Behavior setting on the Table Tab of your Time Tables in the bottom right corner. Currently, I looked through all your Time Tables and I would recommend re-creating all your Day Shift ones because they seem to have the Down Behavior grayed out on your them. I am not sure why this is the case, but the others are fine.

As a side note, if you are interested in things like Utilization of Staff Members I would recommend using the Availability Staff State Templates with the way you have your model set up. Because you are using regular delays for your processing times, they are not changing the States of your Staff Members. If you want them to be set into states during specific steps of the process, I would recommend changing out all your Delays for People Process Activities. In these activities, you can set their states.
