Combining batches of different sizes

Hello everybody,

I am trying to simulate a production plan refered to a table. What I would like to achieve is to create different batches depending on the "Lote" value of the table. A batch must only have 1 type of item (+pallet).

To do that I tried to use a source, a combiner and an auxiliar queue where the pallets are created from a "Create Object" activity from the Process Flow. In addition, I tried to configurate the "Batch" activity, modifying the batch number depending on my table. But unfortunately I could not achieve it. I guess one of the errors is in the Batch activity configuration itself (see picture).

I hope I have been clear enough and someone can help me. I also attach the .fsm file if needed.

Hi again,

I redid the table in order to use the combiner option "Update Combiner Component List" (see Table "Produccion"). However, the first two batches are the only ones that are working properly. In addition, Color based on type is not applied as I would like since the 3rd batch (a color for each type of item).

Anyone could help me please?

Here you can better visualize the problems and how the colors and the quantity of the batches are set.

Combiner should update the Target Quantity of sub items in Combiner Tab using 'Update Combiner Component List' On Entry trigger and according to 'Type' value of the first item of input port#1 (ie pallet) and the quantity from the pallet Type (ie Production table).

The Quantity label value of the items in the source trigger is not invalid.
