Expression that means 'first available' of location (group of exam tables)?

Hello,

I would like to know if there is an expression that means 'first available' of location (group of exam tables). I want to set this expression instead of "Any member of ICU" in the location "ICU2" of the process flow in the figure below?

The “Any member of“ option is first available. It’s the same thing.

In fact, in the model, it’s not working as "the same" as "first available". I have a location group of two exam tables, the patients in those exam tables go for operation (one patient go before the other by a difference of some minutes) and they must return to their exam tables. But, they don't, they interchange their exam tables.

Well, now you're asking for something completely different. If you want them to go back to the same bed then just don't release the bed until after they get back from the operation.
