Flexsim Crashes During Screenshare

I have problems sharing my screen with remote software (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams). The flexsim window will typically go blank if I try to manipulate the model after initiating the screenshare. Any settings tips?

We use Zoom for many of our web meetings, and we haven't seen this problem. Try updating your graphics driver. If you have an Nvidia card, it looks like the latest version is version 445.75. Also, what are your computer's specs, and do they meet the minimums (listed here) for FlexSim?

Thanks for the reply. Yes my laptop meets the minimum requirements and the driver is up-to-date.

Can you share the specs? If you open FlexSim, the top-right corner of the start page has graphics information; can you share a screenshot of that corner?

I was wrong about my driver being up-to-date. I updated it and it seems to have resolved the issue. Thanks!
