Adding setup time when part type changes

Hello,

I have a process where incoming parts are palletized, then sent onto round shape conveyors to be processed. I need to create 2700 seconds of setup time between part types so that the operators have time to make necessary changes to the conveyors and processor, simply meaning I need the round conveyors to be empty for 2700 between different part types. I have unsuccessfully tried using the process flow to create this setup time as well as using the If Item Type Changes trigger in the separator setup time tab.

I can't see the flow items, and there are alot of exceptions, but I think I would have a trigger that fires when an item leaves the conveyor (that could be on entry to the machine, or on exit of the conveyor) that checks the quantity of items on the conveyor. You can do this with the subnodes command. When you want to change types, you can close the input port to the conveyor.
