How can I do that my processor send groups of 8 flow items to my queue?

You increase the capacity in both objects. If you want to increase simultaneously transported items, you must have the amount of items be available to be transported. If only 3 items are available, then only 3 items are transported. You control available items by closing the output of the sending object, until you have 8 items collected. Then you open the output.
But I assume all this, because I am totally unaware of the fact how you build your logic - 3D or Process Flow
