Statistics Collector not working as intended

As shown in below image

When the Stations - On Reset event fires, it yields an array containing all objects in the Stations group. These objects are in the order shown in the Group properties window.

Later, when the Stations - On Output Change event fires, there is already a row for the station, so the Statistics Collector should not add a new row. But it is adding as shown in below image.

@Jordan Johnson any feedback why it is duplicating the rows?

@Sudheer Reddy, I looked at your model and it seems like the "Finish involved rows after this event" should have been unchecked. I've updated your model and it's working as designed now.

@tanner.p thanks it solved the problem. Could you please help me to understand what is this Finish involved rows after this event exactly does.
