how to control a group of operators in process flow ?

hello, I have another question, if you create a group of operators as I can call those operators in process flow

You can’t control a group. You can control a member of a group. You get access to a member as Object by [ ] operator.

To add on to Jörg's answer, you may also assign a "Resource" to the group of operators. Then, by using an "Acquire Resource" activity in Process Flow and assigning that resource to a label, you can access the operators.
