At Material Rack 2, item is created faster than it is consumed. When the rack is full, error shows up and model stops. (around time 720)

If I make the rack bigger (means more capacity) the model will run longer but same error happens again.
I really appreciate if you can provide some hints on this issue.
I'm not sure exactly why the software complains when you use the Create Object activity to create an item directly into a full rack, but it seemed a little iffy to do that, so I tried adding a couple queues before the racks and create the items in the queues which pass the items naturally using an output port to the racks and all seems to work well as seen here. Will this solution work for you?

I tried this on my simulation by connecting a port from my floorstorages to a queue and it would not work. My goal is that if all slots in my floorstorages are completely occupied then it will be transported to a queue by an operator(serves as a waiting area). If you don't mind, could you please share this demo that you have? If not, could you please fill me in with more details?
