There is not a built-in gantt state chart for People module. However, you can make one following these instructions:

1. From the State section of the Dashboard library, choose State Gantt
2. On the Options tab, add the Staff members that you want to chart
3. On the Advanced tab, click the Install button. Click OK in the confirmation dialog.
4. In your toolbox, you'll find a new Process Flow. Double click it.
5. In the Properties window on the right, you'll find a Process Flow Variables section. Set the value of the Profile variable to "HC States" (including the quotes)
6. Reset and run your model.
