State Pie Chart doesn't show the actual busy state of the robot

Hi everyone,

I have a robot that performs two tasks: removing items from the conveyor to the storage and from the storage to the conveyor again. When I try to represent the state of the robot throughout the time using a state pie chart, this dashboard doesn't show me all the possible states that are checked and therefore, it does not provide an accurate measure of the actual busy state of the robot.

How can I represent all the checked states and the actual busy state of the robot throughout the time?

Can anyone help me solving this problem?

Thank you in advance!

Hi @carolina.r2,

A graphic to look at is great but It's hard to know how to help without looking at your model. To receive a more accurate solution, please post your model or a sample model that demonstrates your question.

Proprietary models can be posted as a private question visible only to FlexSim U.S. support staff. You can also contact your local FlexSim distributor for phone or email help.

Thanks.

@jeff.nordgren Thank you very much for your answer. Can you please help me implementing a logic to solve a private question I have? If so, how can I ask you the question in a private way?
