Since your problem is limited to a particular model, your system itself is probably fine, but there is a still chance that you have a graphics incompatibility with FlexSim. If your computer meets our minimum system requirements, you may just need to update your graphics driver.
Please check out this article on common graphics issues and solutions. Updating graphics drivers is outlined there, along with some other suggestions. You may need to get the latest driver directly from Nvidia, AMD, Intel, or your laptop's manufacturer, rather than just relying on Windows Update.
I could give you more specific guidance along these lines if you comment back with a screenshot of the popup from Help > About FlexSim. This includes graphics hardware and driver information that may be helpful in tracking down the problem.
Good luck!

Sorry for not returning, I ended up giving up on the model and creating another one. The problem was not repeated.
If I understand your question correctly, you desire the operator to load the objects at the end of the conveyor and unload them at the next conveyor. If that's correct, you need to verify that the flow settings are correct. This means that if you're using the operator as the "center object" in charge of moving the item, you need to use a center connect between the Exit Transfer and the Operator.
Once you've done this, the operator will "use his hands" to load and unload the objects. I hope this helps. You need to do this for all the objects that use the operator. This will also eliminate the errors you're getting. Let me know if you have any questions.
Not exactly, the connections are correct, but the operator always keeps his hands up, even during operation. Normally when inserting a new operator and pressing reset, his arms go down, but this is not happening ... In new files it is working normally, but in this work, this failure occurs
I see what you mean. Have you changed any of the animations for the operator?
not at first, even when inserting new operators the problem continues to run
