How to make the Mercurius Inc. process flow work?

Hello, @jeff.nordgren

I want the operator 3 to grab a tote from queue #4 which has the type of box and the order number located in the tote. Furthermore, the operator grabs it and takes it to the combiner, but I want the operator to go to the rack and have him grab the box that the tote is asking for that specific type and that's where it gets stuck. It only takes the totes to the combiner and it doesn't go any further than that. How can this issue be solved or fixed? The attached document "Racks with Process Flow" is the one I am trying to work out, the "totes racking" is the one I am trying to make it look like process flow wise.

Any help will be really appreciated.

Thanks in advance. @jeff.nordgren

Sincerely, Abraham

@José Abraham B,

Attached is your model with the few minor changes that I made.

The problem is, when a token gets to the Jala de la lista process flow block it stops. Why, one reason is your List Reference is invalid. I tried using your global list "Pedido" without any luck. And nothing ever gets "posted" to that list. So the process stops there because it can't pull anything off an empty list.

You had some other errors with invalid names but I think I fixed those. One field I can't find where it is defined is the "Ubicacion". You are trying to use that but I don't know where it's coming from.

Anyway, if you could give us more information on how the model is supposed to work, that would be great.

Thanks.
