How to make a* or agent not offset travel?

I want to make sure that the AGV moves in a straight line without offset

Software Version:

FlexSim 20.2.3

It's hard to know how to help without looking at your model. To receive a more accurate solution, please post your model or a sample model that demonstrates your question.

A* uses a grid to travel on, not like network node travel. It travels to the next grid position (either straight or diagonally) based on traffic and A* barriers that are placed in the model. If you wanted to go perfectly straight, you would have to put barriers on each side of the "path" so that it could not wander from going straight. If we had your model and a description of what you would like to happen, we may be able to better answer your question(s).
