Can I do dispatch with Process Flow?

Is that possible to dispatch AGV by the AGV process flow but not dispatcher? I want to see the difference between Random Port and Shortest Distance if Available for AGV. At first, I tried to use objects dispatcher to dispatch but I find that the efficiency is not good. Thus I tried to change it from the AGV quick properties but it seems like not changing the dispatching logic. Please help!
