Increase the distance between patient and provider in Escort Activity?

In the attached mode, I would like to increase the distance between the patient and the provider in the "Escort Patient" activity in the "Check Out with APP."

Also, Is there a way to get to get the provider to stay with the patient in the Waiting Line?

In the new attached model, I have copied the "Inner Flow" sub flow for the Escort Patient Activity, copied it into the model Patient Flows (My Escort Patient) and modified the Spacing Delay to 1.4 / getmodelunit(TIME_MULTIPLE) to add distance between the escort and the patient.

I don't understand how to make New Escort Patient activity use this new sub flow as the "Inner Flow" for a new Escort Patient Activity to use in all the Escort Patient Activities in this model.

You would need to replace each Escort Activity with a Run Sub Flow activity that points at your new subflow and adds a person, destination, and staff label to the new child token:
