Interaction of two Time Tables

Multi Time Tables.fsm

I have attached a simple model to illustrate my question.

Flow items arrive between 7:30-5:30 Monday thru Friday. (Time Table "Two Shift Arrivals"). They are processed from 7:30-11:30 Monday thru Friday.(Time Table "Shift Sched 2 5")

Machine adjustments happen thru the day (Time Table "Daily Maint")

Time Table "Shift Sched 2 6" is unused.

At 11:30 p.m. on Friday (model time 7170), total ChangeOver time per the pie chart is 3.84% or 275 minutes, which is correct.

At the end of the week (model time 10080), total ChangeOver time per the pie chart is 24.75% or 2495 minutes. I assume the daily maint times are applied over the weekend, but that should only add 110 minutes to the 275, correct?

Is there a correct way to use both daily and weekly time tables?

Yes, there is. You can set a stop ID at each time table. Please set for each time table a different ID.

Thank you for your quick reply. Where can I find instructions or an example of setting a "stop ID"?

It's part of the picklist template for the Down and Resume functions

It allows the resume to be matched to the stop.
