Estoy realizando una simulación de bloques con AGV's, en la que la línea de producción me pide un caja cada 2min. La petición de cajas tiene que ser independiente del flujo de AGV's, de tal manera que cuando un AGV llegue cuando el tiempo haya transcurrido un minuto, tenga que esperar otro para poder entregar la caja.

If you don't want the production line to be stopped then I think the starting condition will be critical for this, and then it's a case of knowing the delivery window for a given item, and the expected lead time from the time it is requested. Perhaps you could have a process model that represents the 2 minutes takt time running ahead of the production line by the lead time, and have the activities create the AGV requests.

Hi,

you could do this using a list. In the attached model you have a list of requests from the line and when an AGV gets to the line it needs to match the product with a request. If the request is not ready, it will wait until it is generated. As far as I understood your problem, I believe this should help you implement it in your model.syner support.fsm
