I had a problem after startup FlexSim 2019. The program shut down right after starting up without any error message.
i have referred to the installation problems article or the graphics problems article， and updated .NET installation and Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable accordingly.
The prefs.t file really started the Flexsim successfully without the startup page, but when reading user manual, the Flexsim crashed again.
so what can i do for the problem.

i have fixed the problem through updating the OpenSSL DLLs, thanks
