How to calculate total cost in system for one item?

Hi everyone!

I need to know if it is possible to calculate total time in system for one item - so from source to sink?

And if not, what other alternatives do you think works out best?

You can use Milestones to accomplish that objective. See this page for more information on how to use Milestones and the Milestone Collector. You can also see here for how to show this information in a Dashboard.
