Generating Schedules from model

Does flexsim generate schedules from models for both the operator and processors.I am a newbie here, and recently started to use flexsim.want to know if i can generate work schedules for both operators and processors when manufacturing three different products with its own process and setup times but using the same operators and processors.All three products require manual operators at end process for polishing works.Does flexsim do calculations for machine processor and manual works by operators as well.The schedule would let me know when these products will be completed with the same set of operators and processors.Any guidance would be great help.

I'm not sure I completely understand what you are trying to accomplish. Do you want to run the simulation and as a result at the end get the times at which processors/operators were needed and products were finished to use in the actual production?

Or do you want to pre-plan the resource allocation before the start of the simulation?

The first would be relatively easy by writing data with time stamps to global tables during the simulation run.

The second option is not part of the default features of FlexSim. Processors/Operators will only be requesting when they are actually needed, not allocated beforehand. Though you could theoretically program your own resource management and allocation system in FlexSim.
