AGV priority

How can I make AGVs at location A or B , give priority to the Agv trying to allocate location C and travel west?. I want to do this using way point logic

Here's an example of how this can be done. It uses slightly adjusted code from the default "Wait for Control Point Availability" and "Wait for Defined Delay Time" options for the way point logic.
