Video Recorder with Custom Model Views

I want to record multiple separate videos with different time stamps, speeds, views, etc. I have a few custom model views that I want to use for different video clips:

I would expect the "view" dropper in the video record could select one of these model views, but I haven't had luck selecting from the view panel (and I can't find these model views in the tree to test that). It seems to only allow the current view to be used.

My current approach is setting the correct view, recording one video, switching to the next view, repeat. I would rather views be switched automatically so I can hit record once and not have to babysit the model. Is there a way to do this?

Hi @Tom S4! Have you ever used a flypath? They essentially allow you to set up what views you want at specific times and if you add it to the recorder under the Flypath section it will automatically record it for you. Here's a link to the documentation for it:

https://docs.flexsim.com/en/23.2/Reference/Tools/PresentationBuilder/PresentationBuilder.html

Let me know if you have issues getting that to work. I'd be more than happy to help!

I didn't even think to use the flypath for a static view. This worked perfect, thanks!
