Hey @Ankur A3, considering it gives "no specific clue", I don't think we'll be able to help you debug what's happening unless you post a model. Thank you!

Hi @Kavika F,

What should I check in this case very first based on your experience?

Actually, I am trying to look into it but my system is getting hanged if I am trying to check the detail using event log.

Thank you!

Based on my experience, I need a model to be able to identify what is throwing those errors by looking at the event log. I have no idea what you should check if I can't see your model.

If it happens at that time only then run to the previous event and see what's about to happen in the event list. Step through each event at that time until the exception occur. That should show you which exact event is the cause and from that you can investigate any code that's firing. If you're not sure what's firing at that event then set it up so that the performance profiler will record everything that happens when you click that one step. Stop the profiler after that and have a look at the list of calls made in the performance profiler.

Sure @Jason Lightfoot

Thank you! I think it will help.

I think you are trying to say to use event log to check the same not the performance profiler.

No, that's not what I was trying to say. The event log doesn't describe the chain of calls that occured at that event - it's one line. But if you use the performance profiler for a single event it can give you more clues about the objects involved and their methods that are called, should you not be familiar with the event in question or the model generally. If you've having trouble finding the cause please attach the model.

Ok. @Jason Lightfoot

I got your point now. Thanks for your explanation!

I would like to highlight 1 more point here which wasted my time significantly:

First, I was facing issue with optimizer. To deep dive into that, I ran the model in 3D and found that the problem is happening at this time as attached in the screenshot. This problem continues up to 2 days and I was struggling to find the cause. Then I thought of checking the model by running individual product and it was working absolutely fine.

I mean to say here that everything was working absolutely fine and there was no issue found against checking the model for exceptions.

Finally, I gave 1 more attempt to run the model and it ran without any problem.

I have similar experience previously in small model.

I would like to hear on this if you have anything in mind.

Thank you!
