Part gets blocked on a conveyor with merge controller

Hi,

as model conveyor 2 showing ,when model runs at the time of 3308.76 second,item is held in the conveyor and not move

I'm pretty sure this is the same problem as part blocked on conveyor with merge controller and merging slug lanes without curved conveyors. When merging, the merging transfers should always be inline transfers, not side transfers.

Here is what you need to do to change the transfers to inline instead of side transfers. First, double click on the transfer point. Then click on the ... icon at the end of the Transfer Type field in the Transfer Properties window. Then change the Max Angle to 90 instead of the default 45. After making these changes, your model should not lock up.
