Conveyor not working

Whenever i try to drag a conveyor to my model i get this error,

exception: Exception caught in TreeNode::receivemessage()

exception: EditorSpatial::prepareDraw()

how can i fix it?

@Christine Wright Before doing any involved debugging, I would first try going to the View tab->Open Default Workspace. If that doesn't work, please send us your model so we can take a look at it.
