I would recommend overlaying one wide conveyor over the top of four narrow conveyors. You could also make a decision point on a conveyor and then use a trigger to change the location of the box according to the item type. I have attached an example of both ways in the model below in FlexSim 18.1.2.

@isaac.l With the decision point approach is accumulating on different lanes possible? Each box is using a conveyor-wide space.

What about the simplest solution, just having 4 parallel, accumulating conveyors?
