Unload in AStar sending AGV to edge of grid and back

Hi - With that same AStar /task executer model, I am planning to use process flow and task sequences. It *almost* works, but whenover I put and Unload task into the task sequence, the taske executer/AGV takes a really long route out to the boundaries of the AStar grid and back. However if I do a Travel to the same queue, it travels as expected. In the attached model you will see three different ways I tried to do it; just change the conections to see what actually happens.

Note that I really need to use Unload, because there is a trigger on the vehicle that is fired then (to get it out of the way).a-star-agv-test-1.fsm

Your model is being weird because on your TaskExecuter, you have "Use navigator for offset travel" selected, so it is using A* for the offset travel part of unloading to Queue3.

Because Queue3 is within a barrier, it is trying to offset travel to a grid node that it can't get to.

Move Queue3 out of the barrier so that it doesn't do that.
