Adding some details to my question since text limits cut me off... I have 2 streams merging together on skewed roller. One stream moves off the side of the aligner and doesn't stop at the conveyor edge. The other stream seems to stop aligning midway down the rollers. Any ideas why?
Would you be able to upload your model so we can look at what you have set up? If it contains proprietary information, you can upload it to a private question so only FlexSim U.S. can see it.
When you say it stops aligning, do you mean it isn't centered on the conveyor?
Here's the one I'm working on. I want the packages to align to the edge of the conveyor.
This is a bug. We'll look into this and hopefully have it fixed for the next bug fix release. Thanks for pointing this out and sorry for the inconvenience.
I was able to get slightly better behavior in this model if I moved the conveyors a little so they had a bit of an angle coming into the merge conveyor. It's still kind of weird, but at least the items aren't flying off the conveyor.
