How to hide single levels of multi level AGV network?

Hi everybody,

a client was asking how to hide one more more separate levels in a multi level AGV network. The network properties are global settings for all element types in the network. For better visibility he would like to be able to switch single levels on and off.

Any advice?

Thx

Ralf

I can't figure out how to hide a regular AGV path, but if it were anything else (queues, sources, processors, etc.), I would use the suggestion in this post to edit selected objects and toggle the 3D. It's probably the fastest way to switch an entire level's visuals on/off. You could also add all the elements to a group and then parse through the group members and hide visibility.

The problem still remains though that you can't hide an AGV path to begin with. So I'm afraid I'm stumped.

Hi Tanner,

the AGV network does not consist of 3D objects, but is drawn by code. Therefore (I think) the switches do not work.

Thx though

If you use Edit Selected Objects to move all of the paths on a given level into a Visual Object, then you can right-click on that object and switch Edit > Show Content to hide and show them.
