Failure in implementing transfer machine on conveyor line.

Hi ! All.In the model attached here , there are three transfer machines along Conveyor1. Every time the item is transferred from Conveyor1 to the branch, or back from the branch , it should stop for a few seconds.

But only the station2 works right, and no matter how to move the station1 and station3 , they still stop the item only once.

Any one can explain this?

You can add another station where there is a station, and adjust the position to the left or right.

Thanks for your reply! As you suggested , therefore six instead of three stations are needed, this will lead to chaos, because i need to write complicated control logic on the station to conduct the same movement as the real world. Like: before transferation, we need to check whether the transfer machine is available right now and also in right position.

Place the station at the entrance of the feeder conveyor belt, as shown below. Put the feeder belt on the main conveyor at a suitable location.
