A group is not a valid reference as a direct reference for tasks. A member of a group is valid. You can give a resource activity a group for reference. But you will acquire only one operator for a task. Typically you build a subflow structure or an instanced process flow wherein you acquire and insert tasks for each operator. Thus you have the same structure for all operators of a group built only once.
