My model throws an exception only in Express license. If I let run the model with an concurrent Educational License, there isn't an exception.

The random number streams are fixed in Express Mode, so you get different values from distribution functions in Express Mode than other versions.
Those different values are changing the delay time on the following Delay activity, which is messing up the order you expected the tokens to get into the Customer and Order Match batch activity, which messes up your logic.
