Task executer as flow item and through library are same or different

Creating Task executers in both images are same are different. One as Task executer flow item the other one through Library

Attachments: Up to 12 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 23.8 MiB each and 47.7 MiB total.

They are different, because flow items are deleted on reset! In other occasions flowitems are used to be part of an fixed resource object and stay on reset in a model. You find such items in a robot.
