While connecting Oracle database >>> successful >>>> But throws exception error

While connecting a server to FlexSim it shows success but pops up with some error in system console (below) and i am unable to connect the required data required.

Error in FlexSim: exception: Exception thrown in database table list update: ORA-12170: TNS:Connect timeout occurred

It's hard to know how to help without looking at your model and your database. To receive a more accurate solution, please post your model/database or a sample model/database that demonstrates your question.

@Sharan Nitin , It might also be helpful for our debugging to know exactly what version of Oracle you're using, and where we could download a trial or other free version.
