I connected MySQL database however it is not showing any tables in the database and it is showing below exception. Please let me know if anyone knows what error is this.

FlexSim often tries to access the database schema definition - do you know if you user login has access to the schema information?

yes user login has access to database schema.
Can you access the database from another application with that login - Excel for example?
