The Problem of AGV Capacity

I have a problem. My AGVs are running on the "same load station" option. But they take a maximum of 3 boxes, although their capacity is 10. Why do you think this problem is happening? I would be glad if you can assist.

I think it's the way the dispatcher is sending out jobs combined with the BreakTo being set to the same load station. If you change the dispatcher option to Shortest Queue rather than First Available you will get a different behaviour with more items loaded by the transporters. To be honest I would use process flow and take proper control of this rather than rely on the dispatcher.

I am grateful for your valuable comment. First of all, I have just started learning the Flexsim. I tried to make a process flow, but I failed. Can you recommend me a resource about process flow?

If you do the AGV tutorial first and then take a look at the documentation on AGV Process Flow Templates it should help.
