operator's animation

I can't found a way to move bone of the operator's hand.I think that is a simple qusetion,because I am a Flexsim beginner.I was refer to the answer to the following question

You should be able to add keyframes for the bones - you need to expand the hips branch you have shown in your diagram:

You can also directly manipulate them using the right click on the axis arrows once you highlight a joint as shown above:
