How to set driving route in GIS module

Hi,

One of our customers is using the GIS module and he want to use the route type driving routes. The only thing is that selecting driving routes does not change the route anymore. It did seem to work before, but now no driving routes are created. All the route keep being a straight line. What could be the problem here? Can it be that the server is down?

The routing server was down. It should be back up now. Try updating the paths.
