Logistic simulation system (Prolynk)

Hello,


I wanted to know if it is possible to model and simulate this type of system on FlexSim (see video).

Indeed, it looks like a table with several positions on which circulate small AGVs that will be used to transfer parts between stations and also as a support production.

Is it also possible to add another floor on a part of this table to put a robot that will process the parts that will arrive at the corresponding square (on the first level).

For this we also plan to have an AGV and a cobot on it to transfer parts between the table and the other remote stations.

Hi @Donia M,

The video you shared was using FlexSim to model the Prolynk system. It is completely possible to create a similar system as well. It is also possible to add a robot on a platform or level above where the AGVs are running and use the robot to transport items from the AGVs to other stations. I will attach a model showing a robot working from a raised platform. I am also including a link to the tutorials on how to create an AGV system.
