Staff state chart not working correctly?

Hi Team,

I am getting staff utilization bar chart using properties>statistics. But it is not showing right set of states (Busy and Idle). How to change these states and get correct utilization%? Also, How to add more staff in the same bar chart?

@Ankur A3, you can do an "Average State (Availability)" chart on the dashboard (it may not present the correct groups. If so, exit the "Properties" tab, click on the chart again, and then open their properties - the correct "Staff" group should be available). Under "Options" at "Include data for", choose "Each member of each group" to get results for every staff member in the Staff group.
