Running your model, the Followup Patients I see getting stuck in the Cornea waiting area are trying to do activity 140, which would have them escorted to a Glaucoma exam room. Since there's no connection between those areas in the Flowchart, the patients get stuck. It could be that you meant to send patients to the Glaucoma waiting area in activity 130 instead of Cornea because there is a connection between Glaucoma waiting and Glaucoma exam.
To resolve you can either connect Cornea waiting to Glaucoma exam or send activity 130 patients to Glaucoma waiting.
