Can no longer use custom texture for some reason

Until recently I could use any .jpg as a texture on a plane. But now, the only textures that will show are the ones that are pre-loaded in FlexSim. In this example, I chose mergecontroller.png and it worked but I can't replace it with my own water.jpg or any other that's not already in the list.

I tried putting the file in the FlexSim folders but it doesm't work either. I tried adding the file through the View/Media Files menu but it doesn't work either. I tried with .png files and it's the same problem.

This used to be very easy and straigthforward but I think something is broken now.

Hello @Patrick Cloutier,

I have confirmed that from the properties window under the texture tab it is not loading textures besides what is default included in FlexSim. I will send this in to the Development Team.

I do have a workaround for you. In the properties panel under the tab visuals there is a button called more visuals. If you select that a new window will open and you can add a texture in that way.
