Combiner Crashing

JD Packaging Single Lane 1_2.fsmI'm trying to use a combiner, and running into an issue where my software crashes everytime my flow items end up reaching it. Just curious if this is a bug or if I'm doing something wrong with the combiner? I'd like 4 loaves to enter, and release 1 box.

Up to 12 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 23.8 MiB each and 47.7 MiB total.

Add a Breathe activity (delay with time zero) after you reach 3 boxes in Queue1 and create another:

I'd also change the model to use a container flowitem so that the loaves pack nicely in the box (as in attached model).
